As an x-Peace corps community developer with 40 plus years of experience here in CR and 22 years creating a sustainable business, resort, community using sustainable tourism as a vehicle, we are "all in" to be a part of the creation of a global community of people and entities who want to join efforts to create a new way of classifying abused environments as 'eco-triage' to determine what areas we must address now. Water shed sustainable developments to protect and enhance acquifers and water tables is one of our 'critial point' focuses.

What are credit and debit limits and why do we need them in a community of givers and receivers promoting the notion of abundance? Surely limits create a shortage of the currency, taking us back to debt-based conventional money where those of us who are short of the stuff have to borrow it from those who have a surplus?
