Sorry for taking so long to reply. I have been neglecting the CES recently due to the need to earn rands. Very exciting that you have started a CES in Stanford. I am still involved with the Wynberg Haven, which we are in the process of greening. We have 10 baths full of worms and a compost heap so we no longer throw any organic waste in the bins - in fact we returned half of our bins to Council. That's the first stage ... the next one is to do something about reducing our electricity and water costs. Ultimately, once we have piloted things at the Wynberg Haven, I hope we can spread it to the other Havens and indeed any institutions that receives public funding!
Hope all's well and best wishes for 2009
regards
Kristina
