- Am 79. Worked as contractor on building sites and later as manufacturer. W as all my life looking for something like CES. Am enthusiastic and will make the best of it.. Have a fairly big and well equipped workshop and am offering all kinds of repairs for a start.

Credit and Debit Limits
What are credit and debit limits and why do we need them in a community of givers and receivers promoting the notion of abundance? Surely limits create a shortage of the currency, taking us back to debt-based conventional money where those of us who are short of the stuff have to borrow it from those who have a surplus?

I always get annoyed when something goes wrong on the computer but it's not even a dog, it's only a machine and I don't know enough how it works. Example : My comment from 7.9. When I was that far it disappeared, had a blank screen. I searched for it. It was in a temporary storage which I don't know how to access. So I started again, not using the same words. Now I can see that the second attempt did not get sent, probably is still in temporary storage.
Yes you should see a bit more of the world and whilst you do that you could find your future. Australia? No if you want to learn, yes if you have enough money and only want the right papers.There is an outfit called "doctors without borders". They are looking for volunteers. If you work with them for a while they can help you with learning and you learn a lot on the job. You also could try china. They are already the biggest power on earth and are growing very fast. They might take you for your language skills.

well, am still seriously searching for a (MSc) Master scholarship programme outside Africa, either in Europe, Australia or US. I think schooling in developed countries" outside Africa will widen my knowledge and broaden my spectrum and horizon and will help me contribute positively to developement in Africa . Can't wait to get a scholarship or even a good volonteer job. What do you think Alois?
Forgot that I promised to write more. Have lots of trouble with the computer. Got my first one twenty years ago - 250 mega bites. Used it for programming a milling machine.Could not do much else. This one is no 5. Has 74.5 giga bytes

I see you declare we are friends. I'm not sure about that for in halve your e-mails you call me "Sir".I would only call my enemies "Sir" but don't know any so I never use the word. You also seem to think you have to show the elderly respect. With that you are very wrong. The mess you inherit was created by may grandfathers generation and by my fathers, mine and even my sons.We all thought we did our best but with hindsight I see we were fools.

Am deeply sorry for not replying your mail for days....i was posted for compulsory National Youth Service Corps here in my country, Nigeria. National Youth Service Corps is a compulsory service for first degree graduate in my country, so i have no access to internet there. i will surely mail you more soon, am just getting back to the city now.

Yes, you are right people that push hard to be in politics do so to benefit from corruption and embezzle public funds.
I think there are two types of corruption which depends on the level of developement of a country...in third world country here we experience outright corruption ''illegit corruption'' where public fund were transfered outrightly by politicians to there private use without litle or no questions.
While in developed countries, Big bribe were paid by ''crook capitalist'' to lobby and amend the laws of the land to suit themselves and there private company, this is called in quote ''Legit corruption''.
The different between the two above is that the former, in third world or underdeveloped countries public funds are embezzle by politicains "civil servants'' while in developed countries private funds were injected to public offices (legislators) to lobby and change the laws to suit the powerful capitalst.
But what i know is that corruption slow down developement weather from public to private or private to public...whats your opinion?

Birth control can be put in place by re-educating people about the danger of having children they can't cater for and this is common among the poor, research shows that rich people have less children .
Am very intrested in this discussion and as you have said, yes! i have my working life in front of me...i hope i can touch more and more lives positively as i progress. write soon.
